CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration cancellations received prior to the 30-day period leading up to a conference will be refunded less an administrative fee of $195. Registration cancellations received within the 30-day period prior to the conference will not be eligible to receive a refund. If the conference is cancelled, CDIA will refund all money deposited, but is not responsible for additional expenses, such as travel/hotel costs.

CDIA FINANCIAL HARDSHIP POLICY

The Consumer Data Industry Association (CDIA) may, at its discretion, waive the course fee for any attorney, member or non-member, who wishes to attend an Association CLE program, but for whom the cost would be a financial hardship.

Requests for tuition waiver will not be accepted at the door. Requests for tuition waiver, along with an explanation of hardship, must be received in writing at least 10 days prior to the program via email at cdia_training@cdiaonline.org.

The payment of any state’s CLE Credit Fees will remain the responsibility of the attorney.
