The Task Force on Financial Technology of the U.S. House Financial Services Committee held a hearing on Sept. 21, 2021 on Preserving the Right of Consumers to Access Personal Financial Data. The hearing is available by webcast. In advance of the hearing, the majority released a committee memorandum.
