The CFPB has released its Spring 2024 edition of Supervisory Highlights. According to the report, examiners have continued to find deficiencies in consumer reporting agencies’ (CRAs) compliance with the accuracy and identity theft requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) as well as deficiencies in furnishers’ compliance with FCRA accuracy and dispute investigation requirements.

Join us for an in-depth webinar with Chris Willis, Partner at Troutman Pepper, LLP, and Badri Sridhar, Managing Director at FTI Consulting, for an in-depth analysis of the CFPB examiners’ findings and how you can use supervisory reports like these to improve your FCRA obligations and avoid future scrutiny.

Moderated by Dan Smith, President and CEO of CDIA, this webinar will provide valuable insights into the CFPB’s ongoing concern regarding consumer report inaccuracies, especially ahead of the anticipated FCRA rulemaking proposal, which is expected to increase obligations for both entities.
