Some of the latest speakers to join the conference, include:

  • Kim Phan, Partner at Troutman Pepper’s Consumer Financial Services Practice Group, where she is a privacy and data security lawyer counseling companies in federal and state privacy and data security statues and regulations. She will join a panel to discuss key legislative and regulatory developments impacting the industry.
  • Jeremy Grant, Partner, Venable brings more than 25 years of experience at the intersection of identity, privacy and cybersecurity. He also serves as the Coordinator of the Better Identity Coalition which brings together leading companies to promote education and collaboration on protecting identities online, and will lead a panel focusing identity management.
  • Becki Kuehn Partner, Hudson Cook joins us with a wealth of experience in consumer financial services with her practice focusing on regulatory issues surrounding the collection, sharing, and use of consumer data, and she counsels financial institutions, consumer reporting agencies, service providers, and others in complying with federal and state laws, including the FCRA, the GLBA, and other privacy laws and regulations. Becki previously was an assistant director at the FTC, where she led the FCRA program.
