Address confidentiality (1)

Daniel's Law (9)

Many states have address confidentiality laws that allow survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or other crimes to receive mail at a confidential address, while keeping the address of their home hidden from public view. Oftentimes, the address confidentiality program is maintained through a secretary of state’s office.

Resources on these state address confidentiality laws and programs are available online from several sources. CDIA cannot vouch for the accuracy or completeness of these lists.
